CAGP Mentorship Program Kickoff Event
We invite you to join our CAGP community and hear from industry leaders, Ann Rosenfield, Tony Lee and Nipun Kudalkar on the importance of mentorship for career development.
Ann is the Chief Development Officer for Congregation Temple Sinai in Toronto.
Ann serves on the Interim Board for the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Toronto Chapter and is a past CAGP Toronto Board member.
She is humbled and proud to share that to date she's had the privilege of winning awards in 5 domains of fundraising from 5 different associations.
Tony Lee is the Strategic Philanthropy Lead at Perimeter Institute.
Tony began his working career as an engineer and followed a circuitous path that included journalism,
motorcycle racing and working with at-risk youth.
Seeking to have greater social impact, Tony entered the non-profit sector. He has worked in progressively senior level positions at charities such as World Vision, Habitat for Humanity and the Canadian Cancer Society in his 15+ years as a fundraiser.
Nipun currently holds the position of Officer, Prospect Research at The National Ballet of Canada. His involvement with CAGP has included volunteering for the CAGP Awards Sub-Committee under the Community Engagement Committee since 2021, as well as serving as the GTA Lead for the CAGP Will Power Campaign in the year 2021- 22. Additionally, Nipun actively participated as a mentee in the CAGP Mentorship Program for the year 2021-22.
Throughout his young career, Nipun's professional journey has been significantly shaped by the invaluable mentorship and guidance provided by CAGP members.
